The manager could not muster enough courage to come speak to us to tell us why we couldn’t sit at all the open tables. Then the server asked the “manager” to come talk to us because she could tell we were having a terrible time. They comped us the board because it took so long. Then we waited another 30 mins for the charcuterie which looked like someone went to Kroger, bought some pre sliced salami and threw it on a plate. We waited 15 mins for drinks that ended up being a short pour of whiskey and a lousy tasting cocktail. Then I offered her $50 cash to move us and her response was she can’t accept cash? What kind of restaurant doesn’t allow their employees to take tips? We decided to stick it out and ordered 2 drinks and a charcuterie board. There was literally 4 open tables at the edge of the building. ![]() When we showed up, the manager (or so she claimed) sat us at the worst table and we had no views to look at! When I asked to move she said they were all booked up and couldn’t move us. My wife made reservations in advance for outside seating. ![]() This was one of the worst dining/drink experiences I’ve ever had in Detroit and I’ve lived in the city for 20+ years. Bad drinks, poor/slow service, terrible management.
